HowToIT LLC will not work on devices that are not personally owned by the customer. For example, we will work on your childs computer, bought buy the family for the family, but not your work owned laptop. We will work on the laptop you buy your kid, but not a laptop issued by the school to your child.

Devices owned by your work or by a school, require signed documets that state HowToIT LLC is allowed to work on those devices. This will be signed by the work or school IT department and by your imediet manager. This is to protect you and HowToIT LLC from liability of devices not owned by you the customer.
